Adam started the soccer season this year by introducing himself to his coach, followed by asking, "Can I have a trophy?" Coach Eric assured Adam he would receive a trophy at the end of the season. After a lengthy season, which consisted of Adam playing a total of 3 games over the course of 4 mos. he finally received his trophy. Since the last game, as with the majority of the other games, was again rained out, the parents received an email that we would do the trophy presentation at the local Cici's. All the kids made it to "awards banquet." The coach did not. Luckily, his wife handed out the trophies. The fact that Adam had never met her did not deter him from claiming his prize.
We found that the coach's son was equally active as Adam. (On numerous occasions both kids were called out by the coach for goofing off instead of playing soccer.) This is right before the kid on the left spun his trophy into the back of Adam's head.
