I use the term "ran" loosely. I am running but, I'm not able to run constantly. (Jared amazes me, he's a great runner) Some of my miles are walking/jogging but, at least half of the mileage are a good full run. I'm getting better each week at pacing, and so I'm able to extend my run times. I'm getting into a regular routine. It's hot, it's not convenient, but, I'm sticking to it. We have to get creative now that we have Hadley. Jared & I go together to the track. He'll walk around the track with Hadley while I do my run, then I'll take over and he'll run. If I'm still feeling up to exercising I can park Hadley in the stroller and just run up & down one side of the "straights" of the track. There's 2 big hills that Adam & I race up, or kick around a soccer ball so we are never far away from Hadley. Sometimes I get more exercise trying to keep up with my 4 year old then on my own. It's become our family time and Adam loves it.

AWESOME! Keep it up! I wish I had that dedication! I work out 3 times a week, weights and cardio. I wish I liked to run, but I would rather eat raw squid!
